Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the mouth of the Chazy River into Lake Champlain, on the boat launching ramp! Visit local farms and wineries or enjoy a fishing tournament. Bring your boat/fishing gear to the adjoining boat launch, or use our kayaks! Year-round, enjoy the view of the lake! Watch boats go onto the lake from the comfort of our screened-in porch, & watch the birds from the wildlife lookout next door! Please read all descriptions, my place is a little rustic! :)

Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

One hour north to Montreal, 40 minutes south to Burlington and a short walk to Alburgh Dunes State Park - a hidden treasure! Come in summer to swim, fish, bike, hike and relax in the idyllic surroundings. Come in winter for the magical peace and quiet. Come and write your own story at Storybook Cottage!

Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

1 bedroom west-facing home on Lake Champlain provides million dollar view of stunning sunsets over the NY Adirondack mountain range, 60 feet beach front, superb fishing and water activities. Build memories with children. Get away from hectic life. 18 miles north of Burlington , Echo aquarium, Ethan Allen boat rides, Shelburne Farm, Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, Eagle Mountain lookout, and more nearby. 75 minute drive to Montreal. Reservations for July and August 5 day minimum.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful sunsets over Lake Champlain with views of the Adirondacks. It's a quick 30 minute drive to downtown Burlington. The islands have a great variety of restaurants and breweries all within a 5-10 minute drive. For avid bicyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area, which is where the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway is, and then it’s another 10 miles on the bike path to Burlington's waterfront park.

Located on Lake Champlain, this cottage has spectacular lake and sunset views. Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

Have your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the deck, feet from the water or from the large screened in porch. Enjoy the lake while staying in a comfortable, updated home with AC, broadband internet, and smart TVs. Swim off the dock or take the kayaks or rowboat out on the lake. Go fishing off the 48' dock or bring your boat and tie it to the boat mooring.
