Pincoffs Rooftop Apartment is situated close by the Erasmus Bridge at the third floor of an historical building near the Entrepot harbour. Room with a view on the river and Erasmus Brigde. With private bathroom (bath + rain shower), kitchenette & fridge, dish washer, desk, sofa and king size boxspring bed. For breakfast we serve a French breakfast with 2 croissants, jam & butter. You have a excellent coffee machine (+ tea kettle) in your room. A full breakfast can be ordered (extra costs).

Ceiling in this suite is at 5 meters! Suite including working place and two arm chairs to admire the view. For breakfast we serve a French breakfast with 2 croissants, jam & butter. Hoewel we allemaal voor ‘macht aan het volk’ zijn, begrijpen we ook dat iedereen het leuk vindt om af en toe koning van het kasteel te zijn. Daarom hebben we er zelf een gebouwd! Handgemaakt van (schone) leisteen, de CNC was een van de meest arbeidsintensieve structuren in het hotel. Met zijn middeleeuwse buitenkant en 21e-eeuwse interieur biedt dit fort alles voor een comfortabele verovering van de stad Rotterdam.

However, the trademark Coenen details probably have little to do with the traditional timepiece he once bought in the Czech Republic, which inspired the work.

Now you see me, now you don’t. The Invisible Room is nothing and everything at the same time. It’s constantly reflecting all of the hotel’s light and color, making it both full of life and practically invisible. Be careful not to bump into it on your way into or out of the hotel.

Houses are usually quite hard, due to them being made of unforgiving materials such as brick, stone, steel, and glass. Soft dreams is the opposite. It’s huggable and soft, with a façade fully covered in lush carpet. Here, hitting a wall is actually not that bad!
