Ampia disponibilità di servizi e a pochi metri dall'Università La Sapienza. L'attico mansardato dispone di una zona giorno/notte,una cucina,un bagno e un delizioso terrazzo orientato a sud. Luminoso Appartamento 40mq tra SanPietro e Gemelli

L'alloggio é di vostro uso esclusivo. Ha una camera comoda e spaziosa, un cucinotto e un ampio bagno. Il quartiere di Balduina é tranquillo e sicuro anche di notte. In soli 15 minuti con l'autobus 913 sarete a San Pietro e Musei Vaticani. Da qui iniziano le due passeggiate pedonali più belle di Roma : nel Centro Storico o per via dei Fori Imperiali fino al Colosseo. Sempre con l'autobus 913 in 7 minuti sarete alla Metro A (Cipro/musei vaticani) . Comodissimo per il Gemelli ( 1 min. treno)

This charming, and newly renovated, apartment is on the top floor. Down the street from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum in the Monti neighborhood of Rome. It is near all of the sites and wonderful restaurants, yet tucked away for peace and quiet. It is fully equipped for all your needs with new appliances and furniture. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is one bedroom, a loft, and a living room with sofa bed. It is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Rome.

All'interno di un edificio del 1300 nel cuore del centro storico della città si trova il mio bellissimo loft, ubicato al terzo piano senza ascensore, è caratterizzato dal tipico soffitto con travi di legno tipico dell'architettura dei palazzi storici. A pochissima distanza da Piazza Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona e Colosseo e adiacente a Via Portico d'Ottavia (una delle vie piu' belle della città) .
