The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

We are 420 friendly and have all the basic amenities. Conveniently located right on the edge of Denver and only about an hour and a half away from the nearest ski/ snowboarding resort. Quick and easy freeway access to Boulder and Denver; as well as the surrounding areas. Access to plenty of stores and restaurants within a 3 mile radius.
