Toch is de woning in een rustige straat gelegen, met uitzicht op de prachtige kerk Patershof. De woning is voorzien van een uitgeruste keuken, vernieuwde badkamer en zachte bedden. Onze studio ligt in een huis in een rustige tuinwijk uit de jaren twintig, vlak bij het centrum van Leuven. Ze bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping. Het is een grote ruimte met afgescheiden badkamer en slaaphoek. De woonruimte met salon en bureau liggen aan de zuidelijke zijde met zicht op de tuin en het groen. Het geheel is ruim, licht, open en gezellig.
