A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! Little William is a 1 bedroom self contained lower ground floor flat in a Georgian House, 5 minutes walk away from the beach in Herne Bay. The flat is priced on two guests sharing. The bedroom has a double bed with super comfy mattress, in a quiet rear room. Lounge/dining area with TV, two single Ikea armchairs and a small sofa. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and a courtyard area with table and 2 chairs.
