FREE WIFI, fully furnished kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, a single extra large 600ft² upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. No parties.

Our Cozy Westside studio is fully furnished with kitchen essentials, spices, wifi, toiletries (may vary), and a private entrance with easy check-in access. **Studio is located up stairs behind the main house, on top of the detached garage. GG’s Backhouse

This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES VERY CAREFULLY. OUR PLACE DOES REQUIRE YOU TO CLIMB THE LADDER TO GET TO THE BED.
