Futon in living area converts to full bed for 2nd or 3rd guest. Keurig coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and microwave. NO KITCHEN. Off-street parking. Self check-in with keypad. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Brylee’s Lil' River Cabin at Serenity Campground

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lil' River Cabin is a one bedroom, one bath cabin that is just feet away from the White River. Situated in Serenity Campground Riverside along with 2 other cabins on 3 secluded acres. The Mill Creek UTV trail system is just down the road and accessible from the Campground. There is no kitchen but there is a covered picnic area and charcoal grill. Wi-Fi is also available. Come and enjoy the tranquility of the Ozarks!

This charming cottage located on a vibrant horse farm just outside of Fayetteville city limits is the perfect getaway. With plenty of outdoor living space and a cozy inside you'll be sure to feel right at home in this natural setting. Jen and her husband live on the opposite side of the property and can be available if needed, but it's truly like you are out here on your own. After a day of enjoying a game in town or site seeing you'll love to unwind here.
