This is a unique 1920's craftsman home. Guests have a private entrance and private access to 2 rooms and a large bathroom (“in-law” suite). Entering the 1st bedroom, you'll see a dinette that has seating for two. Through the hall, you’ll see the bathroom with dual vanity & French bathtub with an option to shower. Past the bathroom, there’s a 2nd bedroom w/kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee maker). Note: no full kitchen. Outdoor Xmas lights on house around 12/1

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
