Walk to Disneyland from a Family-Friendly Condo

Unwind with a well-deserved cocktail on the terrace after a day exploring the nearby famous theme park. Stretch out on a couch in front of a TV and gas fireplace. This Disneyland condo is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort, with the delightful shops and restaurants of Downtown Disney in between. Walk to the free Disney tram that drops you off at the Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Also, the Downtown Disney Monorail Station offers convenient transportation directly into the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland Park bypassing long lines at the main gates. This Disneyland rental home is 100% brand new inside! Completely remodeled Summer 2013, it has new hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, and all brand new furniture. Stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and easy, we have gone above and beyond, sparing no expense, to make your stay outstanding while offering the best value for your money. The living room features a large sectional and 50 inch LED Smart TV. The condo also has a full sized roll-away bed with bedding and an air mattress. It's located in a safe and quiet community with a private park; also close to all major attractions and has easy access to freeway. You'll be 10-15 mins away from Disneyland Park, Anaheim Convention Center, Asian Mall, The Block, Angels Stadium and beaches, etc.. It's perfect for a family vacation, business trip, and other adventures.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
