This property is the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun packed day of water sports. Located on a quiet 80 acre spring fed lake, the options are limitless! The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks, 1 paddle board and a private dock. The fishing is great here! Outside you will also find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water. After a nice day on the water the 65 inch Samsung TV and 7 speaker surround sound are ready for a movie night.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Get away to the quiet of a lake and all that nature has to offer! Enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Little Pleasant Lake while soaking in a steaming hot tub in complete isolation. Fishing is possible year round (bring your own pole). Hike the miles of area trails in fall leaves or quiet snow. Light a bonfire after games of corn-hole and table tennis. Unwind on the upstairs balcony after dark and drink in the sounds of the lake and woods. This is the escape you’ve been needing.

Enjoy the good life on beautiful Sweezey Lake. Lots of outdoor space with private walking trails and wildlife. Newly renovated interior with great lake views. Screened-in porch or hot tub and fire pit on a cool night. Get on the water (except during the winter) with a private dock, kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat. The spacious home and property are ideal for family reunions, celebrations, or group getaways, offering comfort, convenience, and endless lake fun for all ages.

Come relax at the spacious renovated cottage. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage in the Village of Manitou Beach. Enjoy the outdoors and take advantage of the spacious yard, fire pit, grill, patio, fully enclosed porches, and open floor plan. The cottage is a mere two-minute walk to dining, tavern, shopping, cafe, and the public swimming area. Bring your boat. The public launch is only 1/2 mile down the road.

Perfect for families, friends or couples. Private outdoor space, gas grill, fire pit, zero gravity chairs, corn hole & during summer months enjoy the local farmers market.

Sunrise Lake Social-3 bedrm/2bth

3 Bedroom/2 bath Ranch home on 550 acre "all sports" Round Lake. Plenty of room on the dock to bring your boat, or rent my pontoon for $800/week or $200/day. Kayaks provided for complimentary use. Shallow hard sand bottom great for swimming at my shoreline (large floating matt provided to enjoy). Large (15x35) cement patio overlooking lake. Cottage shares yard and lakefront with two other cottages. Plenty of space to gather with others, or be alone.
