Two full bathrooms, both with showers, one larger SPA style+SPA shower, both have overhead heat & LED mirrors. Helix brand King size bed provides luxurious comfort, leather couch bed (Queen), electric fireplace, and 50" HDTV. Designed for Romantic getaways.

Lakeview Cottage with Private Beach Access

Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Guests of the Cliffside Cottage have access to the community-only beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, a bucket of children’s sand toys, corn hole, croquet and front yard Adirondack chairs are also available. Perfectly located in close proximity to the Ashtabula Harbor District, SPIRE Institute, Geneva on the Lake, covered bridges and the Grand River Valley Wine region.
