There's no dedicated parking but if you want to stay 100 metres from East Tce & the beautiful Rymill Park, within walking distance of Rundle Mall & the Botanic Gardens, this cosy apartment is the ideal place. You'll have a good kitchen, washer/dryer, great shower, TV & bed. You could go for a walk & find all night entertainment,relax with a good book or admire the views to the hills beyond. On the 7th floor of a quiet complex, right in the CBD of Adelaide, with a great little cafe downstairs.
