It features a Private Entrance accessed through my Backyard and an En-Suite Bathroom designed with a relaxing touch of rustic river rock. It was formerly the fourth room of my home that has been carefully renovated as a Private Studio overlooking a natural woodland spot (one and half acre).

Welcome to the "Suite T". You will have this entire basement suite area to yourself. Private entrance with Self check-in and private driveway. You will have over 850 sq ft of space! It is a very private location on 6 acres of land and surrounded by nature. If you desire peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. You will only be three miles from the interstate, restaurants and shopping, but will feel like you are in the middle of the woods.

Independent apartment just 25 minutes from Lake Point Sports Complex. Enjoy a private entrance with sound insulation for complete privacy. The cozy living area has a sofa that converts to a twin bed, perfect for a child. Bright views of the lake and woods enhance your stay. A 30-second walk leads to the shared dock, where a kayak awaits. The washer and dryer in the garage are shared with Carriage House guests. One off-street parking space is included.
