Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Beautiful farmhouse on 8 acres in upper Ojai Valley. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a quiet place to write, or prime hiking retreat, with a beautiful private tennis/pickle ball/basketball court, BBQ and fire pit, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen with baking and cooking essentials. Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

La Casita Azul - Beach Cottage - 2 bedroom, 2 bath

Enjoy the laid-back vibes of Hollywood Beach and the Oxnard Shores. La Casita Azul is a 1 minute's walk to the beach and a short walk away from all the Channel Island Harbor amenities and fun. Boat and kayak rentals and fresh seafood to fill any cravings are just a short walking distance. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market at the harbor, which offers a variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables and food vendors.
