Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Private use of a 3 bed cottage close to Hitchin, Stevenage & Letchworth. Lovely, private residence in a beautiful village just 5 minutes outside Hitchin and close to Stevenage. Modern, recently-converted interior; private use of outdoor hot tub at the main residence next door (c 50 yards from cottage) and 12ft trampoline (good for kids!); country pub 1 min walk away; private parking (shared with owners); lovely owner family. Good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. A fully equipped modern & spacious 3/4 bed family home, sleeping up to 8 people with private hot tub. The light and airy kitchen/dining area is perfect for that indoor/outdoor feel. A choice of reception areas including an open living space with TV or the cosy snug area for those family films. The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
