Located in the village of Barton Le Clay which has some beautiful places for walks and hikes, Cainhoe Wood Golf Club is nearby, as well as being close to Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton Airport. At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Charming and peaceful village location. Self catering annexe, perfect for one or two people. Adjoining, yet separate to the main house, the Pavilion is so-called as the garden was once the village bowling green. Delightful views of National Trust Tudor dovecote and stables. A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.

Situated on the fringe of a picturesque North Bedfordshire village, Middle Cottage is perfect for a peaceful breakaway. Country strolls, a round of golf at award winning Pavenham Park Golf Club, or a drink at the local pub are all a stone's throw away. Ideally located for day-trips to London, Cambridge or Oxford, or just stay at home, enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside and snuggle up with a book in front of the wood burner.

Charming Studio Apartment - 10 mins from Airport

Our charming studio apartment has a wonderful self contained shower and kitchen area. It has its own small patio area and backs on to an amazing country park, perfect for lovely walks. We are only a 10 minute drive to the airport and 15minute walk or even shorter bus ride away from the local shopping centre and railway station (20min journey to Central London). Includes wi-fi and free parking on the street.

Idyllic lakeside Yurt

Traditional Mongolian Yurt, beautifully furnished complete with a wood burning stove to keep you warm even in mid winter. Secluded position in private grounds beside a peaceful lake teeming with ducks, geese, swans, you may even see our kingfishers. It contains a simple kitchen, and there's a private bathroom with basin, proper loo and hot shower very close by.

Private patio with occasional seating with coffee table. 5 mins walk to Flitwick train station, 50 mins train to Central London. Lots to do in surrounding area.
