La casetta è situata in uno stabile con ascensore, videosorveglianza e servizio di portierato. La casa, di due vani, dotata di ogni confort, si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dal teatro Politeama, a 6 min dal teatro Massimo, a 15 min dalla Cattedrale. Siamo fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato (ZTL) e ad 5 minuti dalla fermata del bus che collega il centro con l'aeroporto. Siamo in una zona ricca di locali, ristoranti, bar, supermercati (a 5 minuti) , tranquilla e ben frequentata.Ottimo per le coppie
