There is private entrance, parking for a small car (if it is a medium car you will be asked to park across from the gate). Super clean, with lovely furnishings. The home is recently built and is well maintained. 10 minute drive to 7 Mile Beach. Barkers Beach is great for kite surfing and is also close by
