Vivienda reformado, situada en una calle peatonal a 500 metros de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila y muy céntrica con todos los servicios a muy pocos pasos.Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 2 con cama doble de las cuáles 1 con su propio Baño y 1 con cama individual, 1 habitación para planchado. Un porche y una gran terraza. Aire acondicionado en Salón. La vivienda dispone de una terraza grande, un patio trasero y un Porche en la parte delantera de la casa que hacen las noches de verano inolvidables.

Entire House - Walk to beach, bars and restaurants

Beautiful White wash house set in a gated community with communal pool. Two bedrooms upstairs with family bathroom and sofa bed in lounge. AC in both bedrooms. Second bathroom with shower downstairs. 10-15 minute walk from the "Blue Flag" beach on a residential street. Large outside eating area on the ground floor and spacious first floor sun balcony off master bedroom with seating and awning. 10 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip with many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes.

Have relaxed holiday with the whole family at this beautiful comfortable place. Big rooms, spaces, plenty of place for family and friends. Swimming pool outside to have sunbathing or beautiful summer dinner. The views are stunning, especially on the rooftop terrace. Can see the pink lagoon in front, then the Meditarían see view in one side, and the Orihuela mountains in other side. Unforgettable family evenings.
