Torrino del 1800, immerso nel verde ed inserito nel borgo storico di Santa Barbara, risalente al XIII secolo. Il sito è ricco di diversi angoli suggestivi creati naturalmente da roccia granitica e flora endemica. Dal poggiolo della camera da letto si gode di una bellissima vista mare. La casa, per le sue caratteristiche storiche, è dotata internamente di una ripida scala in legno e di spazi esterni non adatti a persone con difficoltà motorie. L'ampia terrazza è dotata di area barbeque/forno.
