2-bed garden house in Shoreditch

In the heart of London’s coolest market, restaurant and boutique shopping area but with the peace and comfort of a garden and quiet home. Brick Lane and Columbia Road markets are a minute away. The area is packed with art galleries, reknown for its clever street art and is a foodie’s heaven with brilliant restaurants for every taste. Downstairs in this light-filled modern home is one large open space, with folding sliding doors that open onto a leafy green garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy cooking and a spacious seating area great for entertaining or just relaxing. One wall is floor to ceiling bookcases, and there’s wireless broadband. There is a downstairs loo and one bathroom upstairs with bath and shower and another toilet and also washing machine and dryer. Two double bedrooms sleep four very comfortably – one bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a kingsize bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. For longer stays, clean bed linen and towels are provided weekly. Additional cleaning can be provided if required, at extra cost. Transport links: Shoreditch overground station. Constant buses go to Liverpool Street and Bethnal Green Stations, otherwise it’s a ten minute walk to Liverpool Street and Old Street stations. Bus 55 goes directly to the west end or it's ten minutes on the tube to Oxford Circus. The No 8 bus from Bethnal Green Road goes to the nearest point to Victoria Park. Handicap Accessibility: Downstairs is accessible through back gate and large opening doors.

Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton! My garden apartment full of art and colour is perfect for a single person or couple to relax cook and read art and interiors books. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a giant firm mattress and high quality pillows and sheets. The dining space opens to the back garden. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits 2! There’s a projector for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors and it’s double glazed.

There is a separate office if you need to work. The house is 5 seconds walk from Broadway Market, where there are countless bars and restaurants. The canal and London Fields Lido are just 3 minutes away. There are two bedrooms, but the second will be locked when you are there. You're very welcome to use the kitchen.
