This special studio apartment is close to everything- walk to metro north train, to beach and harbor, and quaint Southport village. Free on-street parking brings you to enter this historic house through beautiful gardens and on to an above ground, private entrance. The patio is all yours and inside there is a full eat-in kitchen, washer dryer, desk area and cable and wi-fi. All new furnishings, cozy and super clean. There are no dogs allowed but for some reason I can't change setting...
