Beautiful scenery! Private entrance! Comfortable studio pool house with a hot tub. **BED UPDATED** We have a queen size platform bed and a twin size air mattress. There is not a couch. Spacious studio has small kitchen area and a bathroom with only a shower. Country feel close to the city. Minutes from Gene Snyder. Close drive to many restaurants, activities, and shops. Not suitable for children.

Wonderful house, lots of room great area. Everything is clean, clean, clean. Internet and tv, Big back deck, next to main freeway, close to all bourbon trails. 15 to 20 mins to anywhere in Louisville, 15 mins to Churchill downs, Horseshoe casino 40 mins , 2.5 acre lot with lots of privacy. Shopping mall 8 min away, Meijer almost across the street.Lots of parking. Kid friendly and pet friendly. If there is anything you need, will try to help anyway We can. Quite Neighborhood

The tiny house is 200 square feet, but has everything you need for a cozy stay! The studio layout features a full size bed, couch that folds down flat for two guests to sleep on, TV with Netflix, bathroom with small stand up shower, mini fridge, microwave, two electric burners, coffee maker, and toaster. The tiny house is located in our half acre fenced in backyard, so if you need anything during your stay, our house is 30 feet away. The fenced backyard and deck seating are also yours to use!
