Come enjoy this beautiful cozy PET FRIENDLY lake front cottage on Long Pond. Direct access to the lake off your own dock and deck (seasonal). Bring your boats and launch from the the town launch less than a mile away. You will have use of 3 kayaks, outside fire pit, and there is nothing better than spending time in the outside screened in porch and deck overlooking the lake. Only 20 minutes to ferry for the Vineyard and Nantucket and within an hour away to Cape Cod, Boston, and Providence.

Centrally located but quiet. Located down a dead end street on Lake Sabbatia. 10 Miles to Xfinity Center 17 Miles to Patriot Place&Gillette 29 Miles to Providence 39 Miles to Boston Currently set up as a 1 bedroom w/an office. Enjoy your morning coffee on the open deck overlooking the calm waters of the lake. There are two kayaks and a paddle boat if you would like to take an adventure. Just 10 minutes to Plymouth Center and 25 minutes to either Cape Cod bridges. Easy drive to all major highways. sorry but no children or pets allowed.
