Set in the pleasant village of Batheaston opposite Solsbury Lane leading to famous Solsbury Hill and the wonderful views, close to bus stop with frequent buses into Bath 3 miles away. A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is ideal to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.
