Apartment located at the entrance to Holiday Harbor Marina in Acworth, Georgia, by Lake Allatoona. Ideal for one or two adults, the space offers parking for cars, boats, or RVs. Enjoy convenient access to the marina and boat launch. The apartment features a kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, bathroom, washer/dryer, and a private entrance. Stay comfortable with central heating and cooling, wireless internet, and an HD Smart TV. Sleep well on a king-size bed with linens and pillows provided.

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. We recently remodeled it, with 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The house has two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, & two full daybeds, sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a 65” LED TV with Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the patio & 55” LED TV down stair

Adorable cottage on south side of beautiful Lake Allatoona sitting on 1/2 acre with a gorgeous beach (3 min walk) Enjoy access to a gorgeous point where you can put your own hammock up in between trees. With all new flooring, new gas grill, outdoor wood burning fire pit, and a gas fire pit, you will find yourself right at home. Home overlooks wooded area with a short walk down to fishing jettys. Close to town, Walmart & Qualusi Winery! Please note that we no longer offer dock access.

Nellie’s Lake Retreat - Near LakePoint & Acworth

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Amenities include private dock (shared w/ homeowners) in a no-wake cove, 1 pedal boat, and 2 standup paddleboards. We are located 7.6 miles from Lakepoint complex, 3.7 miles from Red Top Park, 3 miles from downtown Acworth and 2 miles from the interstate for quick and easy access to wineries/breweries. The Inn is a historic Allatoona lakefront Victorian Mansion BNB. It’s a farm with horses and chickens. You will have 2 guest rooms without other guests. We include linens, towels, coffee, housekeeping, Wi-Fi and premium TV. Price is for upto 4 guests, but 2 more can be added for $25.00/night/guest. Video surveillance is used at entrance doors, inside halls, and grounds as required by our local govt. We are near Lakepoint, Redtop Mountain State Park, and Smithsonian museums.

Wildlife is abundant here, common visitors are ducks, geese, herring, rabbits, and deer. We live on this property and love meeting new people and are happy to answer any question you may have.
