Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Use of the field directly opposite annex for walking dog.

Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It benefits from it's own fenced off patio area which captures the evening sunshine. Less than a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops, all set around a delightful village green and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea.

Level access throughout once you’ve entered the front door. TV & Wi-Fi. Ideal base for walking/cycling & exploring the south coast.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

A Hidden Gem - Tranquil Barn in the New Forest

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.
