House on the shore of Lake Balaton, with pier

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. Having our home in a peaceful location (East side of the St George Hill) far from the cities and even the village or the buzzling beach-life of the Balaton, ideally it is recommended for couples who appreciate being alone and admiring the beauties of nature, enjoying the undisturbed countryside life with its comfort. Csend, nyugalom, madárcsicsergés, balatoni panoráma. Mindentől messze és mégis közel a Balaton. A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. A földszinten egy egyszemélyes kanapé, az emeleten franciaágy és egy kényelmes, kétszemélyes kanapéágy vár Benneteket. Kérésére babaágyat és további kiegészítőket is biztosítunk.

A falu közepén, pár száz méterre a Liliomkert piactól, erdő és patak által határolt otthonos kis birtok a miénk. Nagy közös tér lent, 4 hálószoba fent, kandalló, kert, tűzrakó, fedett pergola, illatok és madárcsicsergés vár minden mennyiségben. A legközelebbi strand 6 km. A faluban kávézó, delikát, galéria, borászatok, vasárnap piac, a szomszéd falvakban 10 percen belül a környék (a világ) legjobb fagyizója, szuper éttermek, gyerek és felnőtt programok, koncertek, borászatok, kirándulás vár.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.
