This renovated one bedroom flat is situated in a historic building in the centre of Oban. It is located on the first floor with views to front and rear through large windows. It is ideal for visitors who want the convenience of staying in the town, with all facilities, shops and transport links within a couple of minutes walk. It’s a stones throw from the town centre with shops, bars and cafes selling local crafts and produce. Near to the apartment is the renowned art nouveau Picture House, one of the earliest surviving working cinemas in Scotland which opened in 1913. This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

The Balcony Apartment is self catering and is located in Oban on the West Coast of Scotland. It is situated on the sea shore with outstanding and uninterrupted views over Oban Bay and the Island of Kerrera. The exceptional waterside setting lends itself to a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Our comfortable two bedroomed flat is in a fantastic location overlooking Campbeltown harbour. It is so handy for exploring the local area. Within a few minutes walking distance of the town centre and all its amenities and only a 10 minute drive to local golf courses and beaches. There is plenty of space for parking on the street outside the building. Access is flexible as there is a keybox situated at the front door.
