Located in a heart of PEI's South Central Coastal Drive. 5 min to vibrant Victoria-by-the-Sea, 30 minutes from Charlottetown, Summerside and Cavendish. Private cottage on 16 acres of land (only one on the property other than innkeepers house). Charming decor, private driveway, surrounded by trees for maximum privacy. Full fridge, 2 burner induction stove top, new sleeper sofa in living room, new windows upstairs. All windows have sunblocking curtains and most rooms equipped with ceiling fans.

The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well.
