Dogwood Cottage - Een ontspannend toevluchtsoord in het bos

Ontsnap naar een rustig huisje met één slaapkamer, alleen voor volwassenen, op 12 hectare rustig hardhoutbos. Breng de ochtend door met luieren op de afgeschermde veranda of wandel over de paden en kijk uit naar herten en vogels. Watkinsville ligt op slechts 6 mijl afstand en biedt winkels en restaurants in een klein stadje. Slechts 20 minuten rijden voor antiek en dineren in het historische Madison of ga naar Athens, de thuisbasis van UGA en alle winkels, eetgelegenheden en het nachtleven van een universiteitsstad. Ontspan 's avonds bij de vuurplaats terwijl je marshmallows roostert en naar de uilen luistert.

De Ivywood Barn Too!

We hebben zoveel plezier gehad met het verhuren van ons origineel, The Ivywood Barn, dat we hebben besloten toe te voegen. Welkom bij The Ivywood Barn ook! Onze woning kwam met een oude paardenschuur en stallen en een voerkamer; twee kamers onder één dak. In 2018 veranderden we de paardenschuur en stallen in The Ivywood Barn. Nu hebben we de voerkamer ook omgebouwd tot The Ivywood Barn! Twee privékamers, twee privé-ingangen onder één dak. Dus als je een groep van twee bent, kies dan aan beide kanten. Als je een groep van vier bent, kies ze dan allebei!

Verwen jezelf met een zeer privébungalow in de rustige bossen van het westen van Athene (ongeveer 15 min van UGA). Deze onlangs gerenoveerde SPA-achtige ruimte is een toevluchtsoord voor wellness en ontspanning. Gelegen aan de rivier de Oconee in de mooie wijk River Bottom, zul je genieten van de verjongende voordelen van je eigen op maat gemaakte cederhouten sauna, ruime marmeren douche, buitenjacuzzi, kingsize bed en meer. De Bungalow maakt deel uit van het hoofdhuis met een aparte, EIGEN opgang via de achtertuin.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).
