Conveniently located to 4-season recreation: hiking, hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, ATVing and more. 30 min from Rumford, Bethel, Sunday River, Black Mountain, and Mt. Abram!

Nestled on 80 acres in the woods alongside a stream, this cabin is the perfect retreat. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a gathering of your closest friends-this cabin is ideal. It is located on a private road and close to Howard Pond, Androscoggin River, and Sunday River skiing. No matter the season, opportunities await, whether you decide to stay close or venture out. There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Carriage House

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

This newer House has a private 1-BR above-the-garage with a private back-entrance with a Living-room, Full Kitchen with a 2-person island, Large Bath with double-wide shower and a large BR w/ views of Sunday River as well as Mahoosuc Notch. Perfect for a two-person get-away, in the Western Mountains of ME. Great for Winter Sports at Sunday River, or Mt. Abrams, outdoor activities or quick-access to downtown Bethel. Trails close by. In Maine’s finest hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, , skiing, hiking territory. A perfect place for adventure, romance, celebration or serenity. An escape from the electronic world, the cabin has solar and battery lights but no power generator. (See Winter Conditions below)

My place is close to the great outdoors! Hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming and all water sports. We are an easy drive to three wonderful ski areas.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views and all the outdoor activities in the western mountains of Maine.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season you can enjoy fresh vegetables from our gardens.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.
