The gourmet kitchen offers fine cabinetry and granite with complete cooking utensils. Please note, there will be an additional 14% transient tax added to your nightly rent.

That 70s Chalet at South Lake Tahoe

Fully remodeled 2018. Two story with wood beam ceilings, gas fireplace, and comfy beds. New roof, exterior paint and beautiful paver driveway done fall of 2022. 2 miles to Heavenly, 3 miles to nightlife/casinos, and 1.5 to the lake. Bijou park and meadow trails are right next to the neighborhood! Bike trails go everywhere and strolls through the meadow are great for all. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods, meadows, a park, and bike trails right behind the house.

Rustic but totally renovated, private Chalet at Echo Summit nestled in the woods with an amazing hot tub deck overlooking the mountains from many directions and the huge Jeffrey pines behind the house. Just one half mile from the Pacific Crest Trail, 2 miles from Echo lake and 12 miles from South Lake Tahoe and all it has to offer. For restaurants and shopping its just 4 miles from the town of Meyers with a full service grocery store and many excellent restaurant options.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Chalet with Hot tub on the Family & Dog friendly. 3 Bedrooms. Bed 1: features a king bed, + twin. Bed 2: 1 King, 1 Queen, Bed 3: Queen. Hiking, Walking, Bike trails @ house. Great Granite Kitchen has Wolf Stove with grill. Back Deck features Propane BBQ . On the River & Meadow with large fenced acreage. Nature lovers Family play in the natural outdoor area. Responsible adults only. Not good for a party house.
