Beachfront apartment with large sunny terrace

Your balcony will offer you one of the most beautiful sunsets there is to see in Novalja with a blood red sun on the distant horizon sending it's reflections your way across the beautiful Adriatic sea. Simply stunning! The beach is right in front of your apartment, you can literally throw a rock into the sea from your balcony (please don't try :) ) It only takes a 15 minute walk to the city center and there is a sand beach only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment with cocktail bars

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Apartman za 4 osobe u Novalji, Samorašnji put 17B. Blizu plaže i centra. Balkon s pogledom na more. Potpuno obnovljen 2024.g. Ima 2 klime. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, dnevne sobe, kuhinje s perilicom suđa, kupaone. Ima oko 33 m2, besplatan Wi-fi, parking, klime te roštilj u dvorištu. U spavaćoj sobi je bračni krevet za dvije osobe a u dnevnoj sobi je trosjed koji se razvuče u ležaj za dvije osobe. Udaljen je od plaže i autobusne stanice za Zrće oko 200 m. Do centra 750 m.

Croatia, Mediterranean, Adriatic sea studio apartment of 37 m2; on the first floor in our house. It's litterally 1 minute or 20 meters from the sea! There are concrete and rocky beaches in front of house! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green shades. It's great for couples and families: there is variety of one day destinations to visit within 1-2 hour drive. We are close to Karlobag (10 min), Pag (30 min by ferry), Senj (1 hour) and Zadar (1,5 hour).

Luxury apartment in Villa Eleonora by the beach

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Apartment is located in the centre of Novalja overlooking the prommenade, it is close to shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Me and my family live next door in other house and we share terracce with clients, terracce is 100 qm and is overlooking the sea.
