The Homestead

The Homestead has been in our family for over 170 years. This ranch style farmhouse was built in the early 1960's. This Homestead is located on 40 acres, with over an acre here with the home. The Homestead features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with an open area to the living, kitchen, and dining area. The house is partially carpeted and ceramic tile, and is fully furnished including the kitchen. This is located out in the country surrounded by farm fields, so very peaceful and private.

Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn in the NE part of the city. It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. Enjoy large outdoor area for fun play, including private pool during summer (shared). Quiet yet convenient. Perfect getaway! We also Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite' and 'Family Retreat-Pool and Barn'. No parties, pool or otherwise.

The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
