Our Seaside cottage must be very high up for the best views in Cape Town. The place is simple, sweet& cozy but with BBQ & veranda for summer. Endless ocean views (whales and dolphins in winter), always a cooling breeze in summer (or the famous South Easter). The cottage is perfectly located so you can escape the hustle but at the same time are close enough to all attractions that Cape Town has to offer! Comfortable, secure, freshly renovated, centrally located Fisherman's cottage in East Cliff/Kwaaiwater with the scenic cliff paths, spectacular whale watching spots and the Hermanus golf club with restaurant on your doorstep. Walking distance to the nearest supermarket, the town centre and restaurants, Fernkloof Nature Reserve as well as Langbaai, Kammabaai and Voelklip beaches along the coastal path across the road right in front of the house. Orchard and its sister cottage Woodend are situated on Le Vallon, a boutique farm within easy walking distance of the quaint village of Franschhoek, the food and wine capital of South Africa. Each cottage is fully self-contained and perfect for families of all ages. They both have private pools in their good sized private cottage gardens. From the farm it is an easy stroll down into the village main street, but just far enough away to give you the piece and quiet of a rural setting.
