Bedroom has its own bathroom and living room has its own so no disturbing your kids or friends at night time. Oceanfront complex and my condo has a nice side view of ocean from my 5th floor private balcony also from front door. 2 pools one is heated!

Bookings for sept and oct may not have balcony access, due to concrete repairs. extra low pricing due to this. Pool Is Closed. This is a true 1 bedroom King bed Airbnb. We are Ocean Front on the Top 7th floor. Plenty of room to relax and rest! One bedroom and one bathroom w/ shower/tub. One king bed where you can see the beach from bed and a Queen air mattress for use. We have kitchenette with full size refrigerator and an oven and stove. with all needs to cook and prepare meals.
