Captain Davis Cottage a privately owned river cottage located in Sandy Point, VA. Close to where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay, the cottage has a large beach and private pier. New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.

Charming Docta Bird 2 beach house, ideal for a small family or small group of friends. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, space for 2 cars, amazing 2 blocks from the main beach. No need to pay for parking! Walk to some restaurants, board walk, coffee shop, thrift shops and more. Relax and enjoy the magnificent sunrise and sunset a short walk away; or simply relax in the tiny weenie backyard, you might see an osprey or other birds. SORRY, STRICTLY NO ANIMALS.
