Girard Avenue’s 15 trolley can take you east to Northern Liberties and Fishtown. Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

Quaint Queen Village Home and Private Backyard

This is an adorable quaint space in a great location. The apt has a private entrance through a grocers alley. Lots of character and plenty of amenities including AC. There's a TV, dishwasher, a fridge, basic kitchen supplies, a Keurig, and toaster oven. Even has its own charming outdoor area, you won't believe you're in the city. The place is very cute and "hipster chic." Parking avail for extra $25/night, reserve in advance. Note: The fire pit is decorative only and not operational..
