Cute and quirky 1890s Cottage on the city fringe. A 15ish min walk to the heart of the city or Oriental Bay. A nice little private courtyard with BBQ & a little balcony off the bedroom where you can look out at the neighbouring houses and beyond. Light bfast included. The bathroom is OUTSIDE across the courtyard. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and steep.
