The beach is a couple minutes drive from the house. Adelaide has the best beaches, Henley or Grange are just the closest ones. Shopping centres are walking distance.

The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
