This 1500 sq ft basement apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the foothills of Ogden Canyon. 25 minutes to 3 Ski Resorts, trails, and Weber State. There is a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and fold out twin bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and large bathroom with tub/shower. It has a fenced-in backyard with large patio overlooking a park. Pet policy: Dogs (up to two dogs) are allowed with pet fee of $50 per stay. Cats are NOT allowed.

Wonderfully spacious top floor rental property. Plenty of space to bring the family with lots of room to relax both inside and outside. amenities include 2 queen beds +queen size blow up mattress, (washer/dryer) fully loaded kitchen, separate Living room space. This property is close to layton city center with many wonderful restaurants movie theatres and malls. Utah is fantastic for escaping to the mountains with 3 local ski resorts including Snow Basin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley.
