Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Coalmining, as the most important economic branch in the history of Labin, played a key role in the development and identity of the town. House Kova is a kind of homage to the history of Labin. The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room and terrace with pool. High greenery around the house provides privacy and private parking.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The Magnolia flat is located on the ground floor of a family house in Labin. The town centre is only 2 km away, while the sea and beaches in Rabac are only 7 km away. Labin is the largest town on the eastern coast of Istria and consists of a beautiful and charming old part of the town, situated on a hill, and a newer part of the town at the foot, characterised by the mining past of this region.
