Fantastica villa con piscina privata -Il Palmento

É una villa siciliana che incorpora un antico palmento ristrutturato. Vi è un grande salone con diversi divani, caminetto, TV e un lunghissimo tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata. Ci sono diverse terrazze, un patio con tavoli, sedie e BBQ. Il giardino è ben curato, una grande piscina con tanti lettini. Parco giochi attrezzato per i bambini. Dalla mansarda si gode una stupenda vista del maestoso Etna. Le stanze da letto godono di vista mozzafiato sul mare Jonio. CIR 19087048C204977

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Luxury villa Taormina city center with terrace

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.
