Charming and bright 1940 bungalow in sought-after Midtown Ventura. An ideal location with easy access to sandy beaches, local surf spots, the Ventura Harbor, and Downtown Ventura. This sweet home boasts many vintage features such as original floors and Wedgewood stove while also providing modern updates including an on-demand hot water heater, quartz countertops, water softener, and more. The backyard patio is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening bbq meal.

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.
