Forio, Casa con piscina 100 metri dal mare

La casa si trova a Forio, sul lato dell'isola dove si possono godere di sensazionali tramonti e del fenomeno del "raggio verde". L'alloggio dispone di posto auto con cancello automatico. Si trova a 100m dalla spaggia di Citara e a 500m dalle terme di Poseidon (le più grandi d'Europa). Nella piazzetta antistante ci sono minimarket, bar, ristoranti,edicola e negozi d'abbigliamento. La fermata del bus linea 2 "Citara" - che collega la casa a tutta l'isola - si trova a 200 metri.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

The house on the sea

In an enchanting area between bougainvillea and mediterranean olive trees is located a beautiful house 50 meters fromthe sea that can be reached on foot without having to take the boat or the car. The house consist of two bedrooms, kitchen, corridor, large bathroom and a large panoramic terrace. The house can accomodate up 6 people and is equiped wih air conditioning, hairdryer, free wifi, fan oven, stainless steel gas barbecue, led tv and a beautiful solarium.

Villa by the sea

Beautiful and old apartment by the sea. The beach is in fact at 10 meters from the old building, and the apartment is also surrounded by a marvellous garden where you find 2 of the 3 sleeping rooms. Enjoy a stay in the strategical area just near the shopping area, the beach and the marvellous Castello Aragonese. A walk is easy to the harbour and There is a parking place not included.
