Secluded Medina River Cabin

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Nestled in the oaks and cedar you hardly remember that you are in a neighborhood. Enjoy grilling and relaxing in the shade or watching the river run from the spacious front porch. It's just a short walk to the river where you can swim, tube, kayak or just lounge in the cool clear water of the Medina. Dog friendly, up to two are welcome.

This antique-filled home, less than a mile from Bandera's Main Street is close to the Medina River, Mansfield Park, shopping, country music, night-life & some of the most scenic roads in Texas. Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads. Catalina Cottage 2/2 Private House for getaway

Catalina Cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood up in the hills above Kerrville less than 5 minutes from town center, restaurants, the Kerrville River Trail and the beautiful Guadalupe River. Wineries abound in every direction: Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Utopia. It is perfect for couples or small families to have a peaceful getaway in the beautiful Hill Country. A wonderful fire pit in the backyard awaits s'mores under a starry sky.

We are located about a mile south out of Utopia off of FM 187. Close to town yet a secluded feeling surrounds the property. Bird watching and wildlife viewing right off the back deck. We are located within a 20 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park or Garner State Park. We have a walking trail down to the riverside that you can use as a picnic sight. Right now the Sabinal river site we have is not swimmable due to the drought.
