De accommodatie is gelegen op 22 km van de stad Thrissur. Het ligt zeer dicht bij het strand van Snehatheeram, Thalikulam. De accommodatie is een zeer kleine ruimte in een land van 70 cent met samengestelde muur. Er is een kleine vijver in de woning. De accommodatie is ideaal voor koppels die op zoek zijn naar een kalme en rustige ruimte om tijd door te brengen. Je kunt 's middags tijd doorbrengen in de accommodatie en dan een wandeling maken op het strand van Snehatheeram. Vroege ochtenden bieden ook een zeer aangenaam uitzicht op de woning.
