Oasi Cenata è composta da due mini appartamenti adiacenti con volte a stella: Alloro, monolocale da 2 posti letto e Melograno, miniappartamento con 2 posti letto + divano letto; entrambi dispongono di una veranda arredata che si affaccia su un uliveto di 30 anni in ottima salute. Immersa in una campagna di due ettari, coltivata senza ausilio di chimica di sintesi, è una vera e propria oasi ecologica. Otranto Altomare

Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Siamo in una elegante struttura realizzata a pochi metri dal mare . Il complesso residenziale e' dotato di piu' appartamenti, alcuni con possibilita' di utilizzo in contemporanea, per ospitare piu' persone se richiesto. Siamo a pochi Km di distanza dalle piu' rinomate spiagge del Salento e a pochi km dai centri storici piu' famosi del Salento . Il Salento ricco di tradizioni, buona cucina e splendide spiagge di sabbia finissima e bianca . La struttura funzionale ed elegante.
